Despite being dismissed as a “crazy lady”, Ms. L.V. unapologetically dedicated her life to loving herself, sharing her art, and vanquishing naysayers (or at least not letting them get on her nerves). DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR
Yaphet is an Austin, Texas-based writer and lawyer who has been commissioned to write for producers and studios, including Walt Disney Pictures. While in law school, Yaphet initiated and self-financed the NYU BLACK FILM REPORT, the first business study of the Black film industry. He has won several writing honors, and he was selected for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab for his screenplay THE SUPERMARVELOUS. LOVE IS A SENSATION is his feature documentary directorial debut.
ASSISTANT EDITOR AND TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR
John is an independent filmmaker and computer engineer living in Austin, Texas. John mainly focuses on short films highlighting local non-profit groups and their impact on the community through his production company, Johnny Gadget Films. LOVE IS A SENSATION is his first foray into feature-length filmmaking.
